From Bari (A14)

Take the exit onto Termoli (Molise) Head towards Campobasso (SS 647 Bifernina) After 33 Km there is the exit Guardialfiera - Casacalenda but we advice not to take it Continue instead on the SS 647 Bifernina for 2 Km and take the exit onto Casacalenda - Lupara (after the lake) After 9 Km you have reached Casacalenda.
